O empreendimento Saddock nasce do diálogo entre rocha e água, inspirando uma arquitetura que combina as texturas e cores das pedras arenosas com a fluidez das águas da Lagoa, do mar e das montanhas. Sua fachada apresenta um painel autoral que integra arte, arquitetura e paisagismo, enquanto a gentileza urbana se manifesta na diluição de portões e áreas técnicas por meio de jardins que se abrem para a cidade. Na entrada, uma queda d’água adiciona leveza ao conjunto.

O edifício oferece duas unidades garden no térreo, além de tipologias de 1 quarto e apartamentos com double suíte. As áreas comuns situam-se na cobertura, onde uma piscina de raia de 15 metros se volta para a vista, reforçando a conexão com o horizonte da Lagoa.

The Saddock development emerges from the dialogue between rock and water, inspiring an architecture that combines the textures and colors of sandy stone with the fluidity of the waters of the Lagoon, the sea, and the surrounding mountains. Its façade features an authorial panel that integrates art, architecture, and landscaping, while urban gentleness is expressed through the softening of gates and technical areas with gardens that open to the city. At the entrance, a cascading water feature adds lightness to the ensemble.

The building offers two garden units on the ground floor, as well as 1 bedroom layouts and double-suite apartments. The common areas are located on the rooftop, where a 15 meter lap pool faces the view, reinforcing the connection with the Lagoon’s horizon.
